A “taste” of what’s to come in september…

prana house, thornbury

saturday 5th september 2:00-4:00pm

Spring is nature’s awakening. A season of new growth, unfolding buds and quiet possibility.

This special afternoon is an invitation to pause and receive.

So often we give our time, energy and care to others, forgetting that we too need to be replenished. As we refill our teacups, we’re invited to reflect on how we nourish ourselves—physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Our journey begins with gentle breathwork, sound, slow flow, supported Yin and restorative yoga, creating space for the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and the mind to become still.

A flower, a teacup and a quiet invitation to reflect become part of the afternoon, offering a gentle thread that weaves through the experience.

We’ll then gather to enjoy a beautifully styled vintage high tea featuring three savoury and three sweet gluten-free seasonal delights, lovingly prepared with wholesome ingredients and naturally sweetened where possible.

Set within the beautiful light-filled space of Prana House, we’ll gather among fresh flowers, candlelight and a collection of vintage English china, that have passionately been collected over many years.

Every teacup has been individually chosen for its beauty and the unique flower it carries, becoming part of a simple ritual that gently unfolds throughout the afternoon.

What’s included:

• Supported Yin & Restorative Yoga

• Gentle breathwork and meditation

•Sound bath

• A personalised flower reflection card

• Vintage English high tea served in beautiful floral china

• Three savoury and three sweet options

• Organic herbal tea options

This is an afternoon to slow down, receive deeply and welcome the season ahead with an open heart.

Leave feeling rested, nourished and ready to welcome spring with an open heart.
